ROSHN Group, the leading multi-asset real estate developer backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cognita Middle East, the regional hub of the global schools group, to establish premium educational facilities across Saudi Arabia.
The agreement, signed during Cityscape Global 2025 in Riyadh, marks a key step in ROSHN’s strategy to diversify its portfolio and expand into new sectors that support its long-term growth vision.
Under the partnership, ROSHN and Cognita will collaborate to develop Build-to-Suit private schools that will be operated by Cognita Middle East. The initiative seeks to create state-of-the-art educational environments aligned with the Kingdom’s ambitions to offer exceptional learning opportunities and attract leading global education brands.

Cognita is one of the world’s largest school groups, operating more than 100 institutions across 21 countries and supporting 100,000 students with a workforce of over 21,000 educators and staff. In the Middle East, its portfolio includes 14 schools such as Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai, the Repton Family of Schools, and King’s College Riyadh.
The partnership reinforces ROSHN Group’s role in shaping sustainable, integrated communities by incorporating world-class educational, social, and lifestyle infrastructure.
