UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention announced 401 new Covid-19 cases, in its latest update.
The ministry said the new cases bring the total number of detected Covid-19 cases in the UAE to 54,854.
It was also announced that two more patients died as a result of Covid-19, bringing the total number of deaths in the UAE to 333.
The new cases were detected following more than 50,000 additional Covid-19 tests, conducted as part of the UAE’s plan to complete 2 million tests in the next two months.
The ministry said an additional 492 people had fully recovered from Covid-19, bringing the total recoveries to 45,140.
