An investigation has been launched into alleged violations at a Kuwaiti medical office in Germany.
The probe has been announced by Kuwait’s Minister of Health Ali Al-Barrak after reports of “several violations” regarding the standard of treatment were received.
Al-Barrak said in statements to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that all violations would be investigated fully and, if proven, strict procedures would be taken against those responsible.
Kuwaiti medical offices in foreign countries provide medical care for Kuwaitis seeking treatment abroad, in addition to increasing the level of medical care provided for Kuwaiti students living abroad.
