JWT wins STC marketing account

Saudi Telecom is launching a pan-Middle East advertising campaign devised by JWT.

JWT, the largest advertising agency in the USA, has landed the blue chip advertising account of Saudi Telecom Company.

The agency’s Riyadh office will oversee the assignment, which was won in a competitive tender with Leo Burnett, according to the company.

“What won the day was our integrated approach,” said JWT Saudi Arabia CEO Nagib Badreddine, who announced the win.

“We proposed a Team STC @ JWT, which, in addition to JWT, includes RMG Connect for customer relationship management, Enterprise IG for branding and Buchanan Middle East for PR.”

Additional details about the advertising campaign are still under wraps, but the new work will break within the month and will run throughout the Middle East, JWT announced.
