One of the stars of the new Netflix series Dubai Bling – which claims to feature around the lives of 10 Dubai millionaires – has said he is owed AED 76,708 for work done during the pandemic.

Yesterday Arabian Business revealed that DJ Bliss, real name Marwan Al Awadhi, is to appear in the new show. The show teaser claims all the cast are “millionaires” as it delves it to their allegedly fabulous lifestyles.

However, in a social media post to his 583k Instagram followers, DJ Bliss said: “Alright whoever owes me money from Covid days and blamed it on the pandemic (even though we worked together pre pandemic) it’s time to pay up! Especially when I see you living good, opening more venues, travelling nice, eating nice.”

In a second post he said “76,708AED in case you were wondering. And that was a discounted rate.”
