Al Barari, Dubai’s nature-led community, has launched The Cape, which promises to extend its 20-year legacy of craftsmanship and creating harmonious living environments rooted in nature.

The Cape will have 286 apartments ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments. Groundbreaking is planned for January 2026, and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2028.

Located within Dubai’s green heart in Dubailand, The Cape is inspired by the purity and elegance of the Cape Jasmine flower. The new development promises to bring together natural beauty, refined design, and a deep sense of calm. Each residence will have soft tones, organic textures, and architecture that frames light and landscape.

The Cape will be surrounded by lush botanical settings, water features, and immersive wellness spaces. Residents will enjoy a resort-style pool, wellness suites, rooftop lounges, co-working areas, fitness facilities, and dedicated family zones.

The recently held launch evening celebrated Al Barari’s enduring mission to create places that enrich the way people live. Through immersive storytelling and sensory experiences, the evening honoured the journey from untouched desert to one of the region’s most admired communities, known for its nature-driven design and authentic way of life.

Reflecting on the moment, Hazza Zaal, CEO of Al Barari, commented: “Al Barari began with a belief that nature is the greatest luxury. My father envisioned a sanctuary where people could live with peace, beauty, and purpose, and our journey has always honoured that vision.

“The Cape reflects everything we have learned through our commitment to creating with our heart. It marks a new era shaped by 20 years of vision and a dedication to building a life connected to nature.”

Residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, family pool, landscaped courtyards, wellness treatment rooms with sauna and steam, a state-of-the-art gym, a coworking lounge, a multipurpose rooftop lounge, and a kids club.
