A new Dubai branded real estate project will bring an international hotel brand and local developer together for a high-rise project packed with amenities.
Luxury real estate developer Sankari and IHG Hotels & Resorts are teaming up to launch the world’s first Regent Residences in the UAE.
This flagship development, Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, will be located in Dubai’s prestigious Marasi Marina neighbourhood and will feature 63 full-floor upper luxury residences as well as ten floating homes.

Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place will be the group’s first standalone residential flagship project.
