Dubai General Properties (DGP) has unveiled Marriott Residences Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai through marketing and sales partners Driven Properties and Refine.
The freehold branded residential community, located in Dubai, has a gross development value of AED900 million. The development aims to combine living spaces with Marriott’s service standards.
The off-plan development is now open for sale, targeting the demand for upmarket living spaces in Dubai’s real estate market.

The residences will serve buyers seeking “a modern product, heartfelt service and enriching experiences,” according to the statement.
The project offers 110 residences, available in two and three-bedroom as well as duplex formats, with sizes starting from 1,250 square feet.
Amenities include access to lounge areas, concierge services, dining options, meeting rooms, a gym, a swimming pool, and retail shops, all operated by Marriott.
Residents will also access experiences through ONVIA, Marriott International’s Owner Recognition platform.

The location on Sheikh Zayed Road provides connectivity to business hubs, shopping centres, restaurants, and transport links.

The development represents a trend towards branded residences, combining living spaces with services from hospitality brands.
Construction began in August 2021 with progress currently at 78 per cent completed. The project remains on schedule for completion in Q4 2025.
