Dubai real estate: Al Furjan gets new mid-rise residential tower, as area yields hit 9%

Object 1 has launched V1STARA HOUSE, a mid-rise residential tower in Al Furjan, Dubai. The development, scheduled for completion in Q3 2027, offers one- to 3.5-bedroom apartments starting from AED1.1 million.

The project features apartments across approximately 10 residential floors with 3.1-meter ceilings and panoramic windows. Each floor houses six to eleven units to provide space and privacy for residents.

Dubai’s off-plan market showed growth in Q1 2025, with the average price per square foot reaching AED 1,250—a 13 per cent year-on-year increase. Median apartment prices rose 19 per cent to AED 1.515 million.

The name V1STARA derives from the Sanskrit word meaning “expansion,” with interiors featuring deep midnight blues, cosmic golds, and whites.
