Expo City Dubai has launched Expo Valley Views, the latest addition to its growing portfolio of residential communities, bringing new sustainable living options to one of the city’s most innovative urban districts.
Located within the wider Expo Valley district, the new apartment community offers high-quality, environmentally conscious homes designed to promote comfort, wellbeing and connectivity — all aligned with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Expo Valley Views comprises eight low-rise apartment buildings of varying heights, creating a terraced skyline reminiscent of mountain landscapes.

The development will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, surrounded by landscaped green areas, water elements and wellness spaces that reflect Expo City Dubai’s focus on sustainable urban living.
Developers designed the project as a walkable, shaded community with horse trails, multiple swimming pools, yoga decks, fitness studios, children’s play areas, and community cafés.

Expo Valley Views integrates environmental sustainability and social responsibility through the use of native plant species, smart irrigation and water reuse systems, and responsibly sourced construction materials.
The project supports Expo City’s decarbonisation roadmap and contributes to the wider goals of Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33), the UAE Net Zero 2050 Strategy, the Centennial 2071 Plan, and the National Investment Strategy 2031.
Located just minutes from Al Wasl Plaza, Terra, and Expo City’s expanding cultural and business hubs, Expo Valley Views combines tranquillity with strong connectivity. Its strategic position near Al Maktoum International Airport — set to become the world’s largest aviation hub — and the Dubai Exhibition Centre enhances its appeal for both residents and investors.
The project builds on the success of Expo Valley Villas, Mangrove Residences, Sky Residences, Sidr Residences, and Al Waha Residences, and forms part of a long-term plan to welcome 35,000 residents to Expo City Dubai.
