Grovy Developers, the award-winning Dubai-based real estate developer, has officially launched RIVO by Grovy, its latest residential project in Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC).
The project has already seen strong demand, with 50 per cent of its units reserved since early November, ahead of the official launch. Construction began last week, and the development is on track for completion and handover in the fourth quarter of 2027.

All residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, large balconies, and fully integrated smart home systems. Prices start at AED 690,000 for studios, targeting Dubai’s growing mid-market segment.
RIVO sets itself apart in DLRC by offering a broader range of unit types and larger layouts than typically found in the district. Two-bedroom apartments range from 1,194 to 1,372 sq ft, around 15–20 per cent larger than average, while four-bedroom residences reach up to 2,638 sq ft, catering to families seeking more generous living spaces.
Amenities include a temperature-controlled infinity pool, yoga deck, gym, children’s play areas, rooftop dining spaces, and landscaped green zones, all designed to enhance community living and wellbeing.
