A new collection of bespoke waterfront mansions has launched in two of Dubai’s most exclusive communities.
Developed by Palace Luxury Living, The Bay Mansions comprise 10 homes located across Jumeirah Bay Island and La Mer. Prices were not disclosed but the properties target the high-end residential market.
The mansions feature spacious floorplans ranging from five to seven bedrooms suites. Amenities provide both indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing and entertaining. Homeowners can expect facilities like resort-style pools, full-service spas, luxury gyms, and wine cellars. The crowning feature is the rooftop lounges, offering panoramic vistas taking in the Arabian Gulf coastline and lights of Downtown Dubai.
Each mansion has been custom designed by renowned international architects and finished to exacting standards, according to Palace Luxury Living co-founders Wissam Damaa and Akshay Naheta.

The collection represents Palace Luxury Living‘s debut project since its formation this year. Damaa and Naheta bring decades of experience in luxury real estate to the venture.
