Emaar, the Economic City has unveiled a seaside residential tower within the Bay La Sun Village in Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
The Marina Tower, featuring Red Sea-facing apartments, includes pools and children’s play areas.
KAEC is the largest private sector-led project in the region, and has six components: the sea port, industrial zone, central business district, resort district, educational zone and residential communities.
Bay La Sun, KAEC’s first integrated community was launched in September with sales of apartments open to Saudis, GCC nationals and foreign investors.
