A new 500m-plus Dubai hotel and branded real estate development will open in 2030 with the “world’s highest outdoor pool”.
Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties announced their partnership on the landmark hotel and residential development.
The skyline-defining structure will comprise a traditional hotel and branded residences concept.

Set within a two-tower structure on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Museum of the Future, the development will rise to more than 500m and rank among the world’s tallest buildings.
It will feature a distinctive contemporary architectural style, conjoined by a cantilevered sky lobby extending more than 200m above the ground.

The new development will showcase the five-star luxury Corinthia Dubai, alongside Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments.
Guests and residents will have exclusive access to the Corinthia Wellness spa, with indoor and outdoor pools, cutting-edge fitness equipment, personal trainers and a team of health and wellbeing experts.
The development will be accessed by four distinct entry points enabling fluid movement of traffic.
Dubai General Properties has appointed AtkinsRéalis as lead architect and engineering consultants. The project will be managed by Corinthia Group’s QP company, with a targeted completion by 2030.

With a total built-up area expected to be 330,000sq m, the towers will provide views of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach.
It will also offer the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, soaring more than 500m with panoramic 360-degree views.
