India’s OYO reveals 2,000 Abu Dhabi apartments for expats ready to move in

OYO plans to add thousands of apartments in Abu Dhabi to meet the growing demand of expat accommodation

OYO, the hospitality and technology company has announced its plans to add over 2,000 homes to Abu Dhabi. The move was implemented to accommodate the increasing need for expat accommodation in the capital.

The ready-to-move-in apartments will be fully furnished, fully managed and provide long-term housing rental spaces.

The company has already added 750 apartments to key destinations in the emirate such as Khalifa City, Al Zeina and Al Raha, aligning with its commitment to provide comfortable accommodation in premium properties.

Residents will have access to amenities such as laundry, cleaning, food, transportation, groceries, home furnishings and more.

According to a recent report, Abu Dhabi created $3.9 billion in ecosystem value. A 134 percent growth from the previous period. The surge in demand has been attributed to numerous incentives with the most prominent being the Golden Visa programme.

The new apartments will be strategically located in key areas such as Khalifa City, Al Zeina, Al Raha, Al Reem Island, Al Reed and Al Mushrif among others.
