Jafza has announced a strategic expansion of its Logistics Park with an investment of AED90 million, adding 360,000 square feet of facilities to meet growing demand in the logistics sector.
The second phase of the development brings the total area to over 922,000 square feet, providing infrastructure to support businesses across multiple industries.
“The expansion of Jafza Logistics Park reflects our commitment to helping businesses compete globally and simultaneously drive foreign investment into Dubai. Phase 1 was fully leased before completion, highlighting strong demand for quality logistics and warehousing, and Phase 2 takes this a step further – offering flexible, high-quality solutions to support growth in multiple sectors. This brings the total area of Jafza Logistics Park to over 922,000 square feet as we continue to grow our state-of-the-art infrastructure,” Abdulla Al Hashmi, Chief Operating Officer, Parks & Zones, DP World GCC said.

The new facilities include modern offices, customisable units, temperature-controlled warehouses, and loading docks with enhanced power capacity.
The park offers comprehensive services such as contract logistics, freight forwarding, and freight management for sectors including technology, automotive, fashion, and food.
With the Middle East and Africa’s freight and logistics market projected to reach $235.8 billion by 2031, the expansion addresses critical market needs.
The park leverages Jafza’s connectivity with Jebel Ali Port, providing strategic market access and value-added services like packaging, labelling, quality control, and real-time inventory tracking.
Sustainability remains a key focus, with the development incorporating precast concrete and off-site construction methods to minimise environmental impact.
The design includes skylights to maximise natural daylight and reduce energy consumption.
The first phase, completed in November 2023, spans 562,507 square feet and was fully leased before completion, demonstrating strong market demand for high-quality logistics and warehousing solutions.
Currently, Jafza hosts 10,890 companies from 150 countries, supporting over 160,000 jobs and contributing AED620 billion in annual trade.
The expansion aligns with the UAE’s goal to grow its logistics sector to AED 200 billion annually within the next seven years.
