RAK Properties has announced the launch of SKAI, a new waterfront residential development located on Raha Island, Mina, in Ras Al Khaimah.
SKAI is already generating significant demand, following the sell-out of Mirasol, as purchasers respond positively to RAK Properties’ vision for modern island living at Mina.

RAK Properties is inviting expressions of interest effective immediately, with sales commencing from March 11. Prices start from AED762,000 ($207,000) with a limited time 30/70 payment plan for the launch period.
