UAE property portal, Bayut, has announced the introduction of BayutGPT, the region’s first AI-powered property search assistant.
BayutGPT will help users to explore the real estate market in the region, by assisting property seekers through conversations and data-driven recommendations.

Using artificial intelligence (AI), BayutGPT allows all users – whether first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or those simply exploring the market – to find quick answers to their inquiries.

Users can inquire about rental yields in different communities, discover popular locations in Dubai, check bed type availability in specific areas, and even receive personalised property recommendations based on their preferences, Bayut said in a statement to Arabian Business.
