Ras Al Khaimah is set to welcome another prestigious property to its shores with the announcement of a new five-star luxury hotel and residential development on Al Marjan Island.

Master developer Marjan and UAE-based hospitality group M Hospitality revealed plans to build the five-star complex, which will be operated by global hotel brand Hilton.

Slated for completion in 2026, the AED500 million project will feature 350 hotel rooms, 60 branded residences, and the tallest infinity pool in the Northern Emirates.

“We are designing an exceptional development that will be an example of excellence on Al Marjan Island. Together with the strategic location and our commitment to sustainability, our goal is to exceed the highest standards of hospitality in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah,” said the Chairman of M Hospitality, Mohammed Ruqait.

Designed by award-winning architects JT+Partners, the property will offer panoramic ocean views and an array of amenities including an executive lounge, convention centre, and three dining outlets.

“The latest Hilton property will usher in a new era of luxury living on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island as the enduring appeal of waterfront living continues to attract local, regional and global investors to our flagship development,” said Architect Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan.

“The new property reinforces Ras Al Khaimah’s growing stature as a leading international tourism, business and investment destination and is a testament to Al Marjan Island’s reputation as an exceptional living space for both homeowners and investors who are raising the bar in the hospitality sector.”

Situated on the prestigious Al Marjan Island mixed-use development, the upcoming integrated hotel and residential concept aims to enrich Ras Al Khaimah while catering to luxury travelers and property buyers seeking exclusive experiences in one of the region’s most coveted locations.
