A new real estate project is taking shape at Dubai South – Azizi Venice.
The Venetian-inspired luxury waterfront community will span across 24 million square feet of Gross Floor Area (GFA) on a 15 million square foot plot of land.
Azizi Venice will feature over 30,000 residential units, spread over approximately 100 condominium buildings, as well as over 400 luxury villas and mansions. The residential community will also have in-house leisure, retail and commercial spaces.
Moreover, the residential community will feature a temperature-controlled pedestrianised boulevard, an 8 kilometre-long cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a promenade with artisan eateries and boutiques.
The temperature-controlled pedestrianised boulevard “will be open-air in the winter and glass-covered in the summer to ensure a temperature-controlled space with year-round activity and visitors,” Azizi said in an emailed statement.
In addition, the project will be home to many key attractions, with its foremost attraction being the second opera house in Dubai – the Azizi Opera – which will be “located at the heart of the boulevard.”
Two Azizi-owned five-star hotels will greet visitors at the community’s entrances, while a boutique hotel will be situated on an island in the lagoon.
Extensive underground parking facilities will be available for the convenience of daily visitors to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera.

This community will feature eye-catching lighting on buildings and musical water fountains for a night-time atmosphere. Seasonal decorations will further enhance its appeal throughout the year.
Strategically located in Dubai South’s Golf District, Azizi Venice enjoys excellent connectivity via Emirates Road (E611) and proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport.
