RAK Properties has unveiled plans for Raha Island, a new island development located within Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project will include high-end hotels and branded residences, as well as marinas, beach clubs, retail outlets and leisure facilities.
A dedicated water transit system will connect Raha Island across Mina Al Arab and provide links to other emirates.

Raha Island will offer over 2.5 kilometres of public beachfront.
Marinas will cater to maritime enthusiasts and watersports, whilst a retail strip and dining outlets along the waterfront will provide amenities for residents and visitors.
