UAE real estate: Shurooq announces new Mawj, Ghadeer Towers in Khorfakkan with 50% registration fee discount

The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has introduced Mawj and Ghadeer, two residential towers at Ajwan Khorfakkan, during ACRES 2025.

The launch includes a 50 per cent discount on registration fees for buyers who purchase units during the exhibition.

Shurooq launches two residential towers in Khorfakkan

The residences feature views of the Arabian Sea or Khorfakkan’s mountain landscape. The units include two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, alongside premium three and four-bedroom duplexes.

The development forms part of Ajwan Khorfakkan Phase 2, joining Shurooq’s portfolio which includes Maryam Island and Sharjah Sustainable City, the emirate’s first sustainable master-planned community.

Data from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department shows transactions in the Central and Eastern regions reached AED 1.3 billion in the first nine months of 2024, with Khorfakkan contributing AED 262.4 million.

ACRES 2025, co-organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, operates within the UAE’s AED 900 billion property sector.
