Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), the master developer of Qiddiya City, has entered a strategic partnership with Deloitte to advance its data governance capabilities.

Deloitte is designing and implementing its OneTrust and Informatica solutions to support Qiddiya’s data governance initiative.

OneTrust is an Atlanta-based company that has a platform purpose-built to integrate privacy, AI governance, risk management, and third-party oversight that simplifies the complexity of enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).

Informatica is based in Redwood City, California, and Deloitte is its No. 1 alliance partner and top Global System integrator, with a time-tested alliance relationship. Together, they help companies take control of their biggest data needs from integration, quality, and management, to data governance and security.

Qiddiya said the partnership underscores its commitment to establishing robust data management practices that ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance across its operations. Deloitte’s expertise in data governance and technology implementation will enable it to streamline data processes, enhance regulatory compliance, and safeguard stakeholder information.

Abdulrahman Alali, Chief Technology Officer at Qiddiya, commented: “Implementing these advanced data governance tools will strengthen our ability to manage data responsibly and support our vision of delivering world-class experiences.”

Deloitte’s team of experts will work closely with Qiddiya’s Data Office to ensure a smooth deployment and adoption of the solutions.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in Qiddiya’s journey towards becoming a data-driven organisation, reflecting its position as a company steeped in innovation and operational excellence.

QIC had earlier announced another strategic partnership with Deloitte, under which it will implement a Dynamic Guest Management System that promises to revolutionise guest experiences across its world-class attractions.

Powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe, and Sprinklr, the system will seamlessly integrate and enhance customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, and B2B engagement.

The Dynamic Guest Management System will comprehensively address all aspects of guest management, positioning Qiddiya City as a leader in innovative guest experiences.
