Abu Dhabi University, in an attempt to regulate the usage of Open AI’s ChatGPT by students and the faculty, has issued new guidelines to encourage responsible and ethical use of the platform.
The new ADU guidelines are applicable to both, the faculty and the students, in line with the university’s policies.
Instructions include; alerts against potentially inaccurate content, making necessary revisions, avoiding plagiarism and ensuring overall proper usage of the platform.
The university will also carry out necessary training for the faculty to enhance AI skills.
