Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation on Tuesday said that Kuwait International Airport was operating normally despite unstable weather conditions.
Imad Al-Sanoussihe, director of the Air Navigation Department, refuted media reports claiming that flights have been suspended from the airport due to strong winds.
Additionally, Kuwait Airways said in a statement that flights from the airport are operating on schedule, with no flight cancellations.
The country is currently experiencing unstable weather with strong winds causing dust and thunder showers.
