Dubai’s Aramex has signed a partnership with Mubadala Healthcare to deliver door-to-door critical medical supplies to patients across the UAE.
Aramex will provide next day delivery of over-the-counter drugs, prescription-only medicines, and nutritional feed for participating hospitals under Mubadala’s Healthcare portfolio, which includes Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Healthpoint and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
Aramex said the partnership will see up to 2,000 patients across the UAE receive medical supplies.
Anas Hijjawi, chief commercial officer at Aramex, said the logistics firm has deployed highly specialised vehicles that are quality assured and temperature-controlled to deliver the medical supplies.
