Dubai Airports has outlined the strict precautionary health measures that are in place ahead of tomorrow, when the airports will reopen to international tourists.

Tourists must first ensure that they meet all requirements for entry to the UAE.
Tourists arriving in Dubai
- Tourists will need to show their PCR test results (valid for 96 hours) upon their arrival to Dubai or carry out a test at Dubai airports.
- Tourists taking the PCR test on arrival in Dubai, must self-isolate until receiving the test result.
- Submit the printed and completed health declaration and the quarantine undertaking forms to Dubai Health Authority staff at the airport.
- All tourists landing at the Dubai airports will be thermal screened.
- Travellers must strictly follow physical distancing guidelines in line with measures followed at Dubai airports and use face masks at all times.
- All positive Covid-19 cases will be quarantined for 14 days, with travellers bearing the costs of treatment and isolation.
Checklist for leaving to Dubai:
- Check you have all the correct documents, including the valid visa to enter the UAE
- Tourists must do a PCR test with a maximum validity of four days (96 hours) ahead of the date of departure.
- You must have a valid health insurance covering Covid-19 or declare that you will bear the costs for treatment and isolation
- Passengers flying to Dubai will need to fill in the health declaration form and the quarantine undertaking form
- Tourists must be aware that airlines have the right to refuse boarding at the airport of departure if they display any Covid-19 symptoms.
