The GPS company, which represents Brazilian food manufacturers Sasse and Bretzke, is opening a warehouse facility in Dubai to facilitate trade with the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Presently, the company exports to the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Egypt and Palestine, but after its new premises become effective, GPS intends to enter approximately eight new markets in the region.
“Dubai is currently the business hub of the Middle East. Everybody goes shopping there, and our office will place us near our customers,” said Reyadh Nassir Hanna, an executive at GPS.
“All of our sales to the Middle East, Africa and Asia will be managed from there,” he added.
