Deliveroo UAE in collaboration with EEE Moto and EcoWay announced the launch of electric bikes pilot in Dubai to enhance sustainable delivery.
The month-long pilot programme aims to explore electric vehicles (EVs) as a greener alternative to traditional motorbikes, Deliveroo aims to evaluate the feasibility and performance of electric bikes and battery-swapping technology in real-world delivery scenarios.
Strategically positioned battery-swapping stations will be integrated within Deliveroo HOP sites and partner establishments, including restaurants such as My Govindas and Jeff Darbar.
These stations, located at third-party logistics agencies and dedicated facilities of EEE Moto and EcoWay, will facilitate seamless battery exchanges.
