Kuwait’s Agility, one of the largest Gulf logistics companies, reported an 11 percent rise in third-quarter net profit on Thursday.
Net profit in the three months to Sept. 30 was 15.2 million dinars ($50.1 million), compared with 13.7 million dinars in the same period a year earlier, it said in an emailed statement.
SICO Bahrain had forecast Agility would make a quarterly profit of 15.1 million dinars.
Quarterly revenue was $1 billion (312 million dinars), down 7 percent from a year earlier.
