Established tour operator Cox&Kings could be looking to set up a Dubai office.

The India-based company contacted
ATN

last month stating it would “soon organise a programme in Dubai”, the launch for which was scheduled in the last week of March, but has now been postponed to April.

When
ATN

enquired further as to what plans Cox&Kings had made for Dubai, the company refrained to comment, but promised information in due course.

Meanwhile, industry speculation suggests the 249-year-old travel firm will establish an outbound operation in the UAE.

The company currently operates 13 offices in India, boasts a network of more than 500 GSAs and PSAs across the country, and has overseas offices located in the UK, the US, Germany, France, Belgium, Russia, South Africa, Sweden and Australia.

Itineraries to Dubai are offered by many of these operations, including the Indian operation, which offers a three-night ‘Dubai Delight’ tour.
