Dubai opening world’s tallest hotel in 2024

The city will soon be home to both the tallest hotel and the tallest building in the world

Dubai is on track to welcome the world’s tallest hotel next year. Ciel, announced by The First Group is on track for its Q1 2024 completion. The hotel will be the tallest in the world, standing at a whopping 365-meters.

The 82-storey building will have a 300-metre tall interior atrium that will feature vertically stacked landscaped and naturally ventilated terraces.

The structure is 99 percent complete and the electrical, plumbing and mechanical work is 80 percent complete in the building’s basement, podium floors and storey levels.

The building façade is complete up to the 72nd floor currently and is on track to completion as announced.
