InterContinental Dubai Festival City has closed its fine dining restaurant Reflets par Pierre Gagnaire.
The restaurant has been operating in partnership with French three-Michelin starred chef Pierre Gagnaire since the hotel opened eight years ago.
The restaurant will reopen in May 2017 with a new concept from Gagnaire.
IHG Dubai regional general manager and area general manager James Koratzopoulos and IHG area director of sales and marketing Sayed Tayoun told Caterer Middle East a name for the new concept is yet to be decided on.
Gagnaire’s other Dubai-based outlet, Choix Patisserie and Restaurant par Pierre Gagnaire, remains open in InterContinental Dubai Festival City.
