Address Hotels and Resorts in Dubai jumped onto the chatbot bandwagon and announced the launch of their newest staff member ‘Nuha’, a virtual hospitality concierge. The system was unveiled at the Address Downtown Hotel earlier this week and is meant to provide guests with assistance – In conversation with Arabian Business, the Address Hotel chatbot suggested Burj Al Arab as its hotel of choice.

“If I were to recommend a highly regarded hotel in Dubai, I would suggest considering the Burj Al Arab, it is known for its iconic sail-shaped structure, luxurious accommodations and exceptional service,” Nuha said.

She went on to explain why one should stay at the seven-star hotel, saying, “The hotel offers a range of amenities, including private butlers, world-class dining options, and access to a private beach. Staying at the Burj Al Arab would provide a truly unforgettable and opulent experience in Dubai.”

Nuha was asked to list the best hotels in the city, among her top-rated was Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Madinat Jumeirah, and Atlantis, The Palm.

“These hotels offer exceptional service, stunning architecture and a range of amenities to ensure a memorable stay,” she said.

“Ultimately the best hotel in Dubai would depend on your personal preference and what you’re looking for in terms of location, amenities, and overall experience,” Nuha concluded.

At the time of the announcement Mark Kirby, Head of Hospitality at Emaar Hospitality Group said, “At Address Hotels, we merge technology with the heart. ChatGPT’s conversational capability combined with human warmth makes our guests feel truly seen and heard. This meld of technology and personal touch places Address Downtown Hotel at the forefront of hospitality innovation.”

The name ‘Nuha’ was derived from Arabic meaning “guidance and self-restraint.”
