Fundamental Hospitality, a UAE-based luxury hospitality group, is set for a major global expansion in the last quarter of 2024.
The group, led by CEO and founder Evgeny Kuzin, plans to introduce three new dining concepts created in Dubai, aiming to position itself as the world’s leading luxury hospitality group.
“This year has been our most active to date, in the coming quarter will be our most aggressive this year with continued international expansion and the launching of three new made in Dubai concepts including out ambitious 9000sqm beach front Sirene by GAIA. It reflects the international popularity of Dubai that our overseas expansion of GAIA in London and Marbella this year have become instantly popular,” Kuzin said.
UAE-based Fundamental Hospitality to launch three new dining concepts in Dubai

The company opened Adaline, a jazz supper club concept in Dubai International Financial Centre in October. The venue combines 1920s aesthetics with contemporary dining.
November will see the launch of Sirene by GAIA at J1 Beach, a 9,000-square-metre venue. The beach club, led by Chef Izu, will feature a pool bar, lounge, main dining area, terrace, and VIP cabanas.
The group’s expansion includes GAIA Miami, adding to existing locations in London, Doha, Dubai, Monaco, and Marbella. In Saudi Arabia, the company will open Cipriani Dolci in Riyadh.
Two additional concepts, Ina, focusing on open fire dining, and La Sombra, a speakeasy within Maison de la Plage, will complete the quarter’s launches. The announcement follows the company’s record revenues in 2024.
Fundamental Hospitality further aims to operate 100 venues globally, surpassing its initial $140 million investment programme.
The group’s recent expansion includes successful launches of GAIA in London and Marbella, Maison ani in London, NYX in Monaco and London, and UAE openings of Maison de la Plage, Izu burger, and Scalini Cucina.
