Dubai’s multi-cultural event destination, Global Village has officially opened its doors to the public for Season 28. This season features new attractions and experiences including laser shows, 3D projection shows and performers.
Visitors can expect to see over 27 pavilions, 3,500 shopping outlets and an array of dining options.
To facilitate ease of commute, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced a new bus route to complement the four existing routes.
The 27th season of Global Village saw a whopping 9 million visitors. This edition is set to run until April 28, 2024.

The latest season has over 40,000 scheduled shows and new additions such as the Cyber City Stunt Show and international acts including AA-INJAA, Fusion Japan and Dhol Foundation.
The Dragon Lake is set to host a new fire and laser show atop the world’s largest underwater LED screen. The Dallah at the Gate of the World will display a 3D projection show. The iconic firework shows are also scheduled to take place every Friday and Saturday at 9:00 PM.
Additionally, the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium features ten new exhibits this season and the largest House of Fear in the region. Mini World, a new introduction at the destination will display miniature landmarks from all around the world as well as a mini-old experience.
Tickets purchased via the mobile app or website get an additional 10 percent discount, tickets at the door cost AED30.
