The Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre Hotel has reopened its residences after a 10-month $27.2m (AED100 million) refurbishment.

Located adjacent to the hotel, which opened last year, the Pullman Dubai City Centre Residences offers direct access to the Dubai Metro through the mall.

The residences offer a range of layouts, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, plus an added option of connecting rooms to create four-bedroom apartments.

Each unit features a fully-equipped kitchen along with cleaning appliances, as well as a dining area, desk space, and amenities for tea and coffee.

Accor Luxury & Upscale brands Middle East and Egypt vice president operations Denis Dupart said: “Accor is very proud of the latest addition to our luxury & upscale hotels in Dubai with the fully renovated Pullman Dubai City Centre Residences. Accor always strive to offer our customers the highest quality and the finest accommodations; the completion of The Pullman Residences will undoubtedly satisfy our longer staying customers.

“Guests staying at the Pullman Residences will be able to use all the facilities at the adjacent five star Pullman Hotel – including the bars, restaurants, spa and beauty salon.”

Pullman Dubai City Centre Residences has also launched a new grab and go concept at the One Stop shop in the lobby, where guests can buy sandwiches and snacks. The pantry will also be stocked with groceries for guests to buy.

Majid Al Futtaim Properties chief executive officer, hotels, Simon Barlow added: “Majid Al Futtaim has made a substantial investment in the refurbishment of The Pullman Dubai City Centre Residences. Our interior design team has brought a contemporary and comfortable feel to the fit out of the apartments, which we believe will be very popular for families visiting Dubai, business travellers on extended stays and leisure travellers shopping at the popular Deira City Centre Mall.”
