In a strategic move to enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality landscape, RAK Properties PJSC, the leading publicly listed property developer, has expanded its collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) with the introduction of ‘Staybridge Suites Mina Al Arab’ on Hayat Island.
The 156-key Staybridge Suites Mina Al Arab aims to meet the needs of extended-stay business and leisure travellers, offering studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments featuring contemporary design and spacious layouts.
The 14-storey tower will house a fully equipped fitness center, breakfast and restaurant areas, blending idyllic island-style living with authentic Arabic hospitality. Guests can benefit from direct beach access and access to offerings of the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa.

According to a report by global network InterNations, Ras Al Khaimah has been ranked as the world’s fourth-best city for expatriates to live and work, emphasising the emirate’s high quality of life and ample job opportunities.
