TOURISE, the global platform shaping the future of tourism, announced at its inaugural summit in Riyadh that it has catalysed investment portfolios worth $113 billion.
The milestone underscores the platform’s mission to drive high-impact dealmaking and unlock cross-sector capital to accelerate growth across the global tourism ecosystem.
The investments announced span the entire visitor economy, from luxury hospitality and next-generation accommodation to destination development, wellness, lifestyle experiences, and AI-powered tourism platforms. Collectively, they mark a major step toward redefining how people travel, connect, and experience destinations worldwide.
International and regional companies announcing portfolio investments included Melia Hotels, BWH Hotels, GOCO Hospitality, Cenomi, Radisson, Earth Hotels, Delonix & Ocean Link, Al Fozan Holding, Al Kathiri Holding, Al Othaim, and Knowledge Economic City.
By fusing technology, design, and hospitality expertise, the projects aim to unlock new value across tourism infrastructure, create tens of thousands of jobs, and deliver transformative visitor experiences.
Many of the investments focus on Saudi Arabia, reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as one of the fastest-growing global travel destinations and signalling international confidence in its tourism vision.
Ahmed Al-Khateeb, Minister of Tourism and Chairman of TOURISE, said: “TOURISE has been the catalyst that brings investors, policymakers, and innovators to the same table, turning vision into bankable partnerships and high-impact deals. Together, we’re redefining the entire traveller economy, powered by AI, built on destination and experience excellence, and designed so growth and opportunity extend across the ecosystem.”
The $113 billion in commitments reflects TOURISE’s goal to unite decision-makers and disruptors from government, business, and academia to drive transformative partnerships that shape the future of global tourism.
Powered by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, the TOURISE Summit runs from November 11–13 in Riyadh, bringing together leaders from across sectors to chart a shared roadmap for the next half century of tourism development.
The platform is envisioned as a year-round hub where strategic partnerships, innovation, and sustainable investment converge, ensuring the future of tourism is more inclusive, resilient, and purpose-driven.
