The UAE and Azerbaijan have struck a deal to allow visa-free travel between the two countries.
Citizens of the United Arab Emirates can now travel to destinations such as tourism and business capital Baku without a visa.
The news was announced by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on social media.
UAE and Azerbaijan visa-free travel
The period of visa-free stay in the territory of both countries is 90 days.
Airlines including flydubai, Wizz Air and Air Arabia fly to Azerbaijan from the UnitedArab Emirates, with departures from Dubai, AbuDhabi and Sharjah.
