Valor Hospitality Partners, the global full-service hotel management company, has announced a major expansion into Saudi Arabia as part of a broader $1 billion global growth strategy. The move reinforces the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions and highlights Valor’s commitment to bridging international best practices with local expertise.
The company’s latest milestone includes a master group-level hotel management agreement with a leading Saudi investment and real estate firm.
The partnership will see the development and operation of 25 new hotels across the country, totalling more than 3,000 keys. The openings will be rolled out over the next nine years, with the first properties set to debut in December 2026 under a new homegrown Saudi hotel brand created by the investment partner.
Under the agreement, the investment company will handle ownership and development, while Valor Hospitality Partners will provide full-scale management, including pre-opening, operations, marketing, and brand positioning.
The collaboration aims to enhance operational performance, deliver consistent guest experiences, and generate long-term value for investors.
Speaking at the Tourise 2025 event in Riyadh, Julien Bergue, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Valor Hospitality Partners Middle East, CIS and Central Asia, said: “Saudi Arabia’s hospitality landscape is evolving at an extraordinary pace, creating exciting opportunities for developers and investors.
“At Valor, we go beyond hotel management to create value through performance, innovation, and partnerships built on trust. Our role is to help investors achieve both commercial success and long-term sustainability, while contributing to the Kingdom’s ambition of becoming one of the world’s most compelling tourism destinations.”
Jana Bader, newly appointed Country Head of Business Development (KSA) and Regional Director of PR and Communications for Valor Middle East added: “A cornerstone of our strategy is the empowerment of Saudi talent.
“We believe the true spirit of hospitality is delivered by people, and we are deeply committed to investing in the training and development of the local workforce within our Kingdom’s hotels. By fostering a culture of growth and opportunity, we are not just building hotels; we are building the future leaders of Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector.”
Beyond Saudi Arabia, Valor’s 2025 global signings and openings exceed $1 billion in new projects spanning the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. The group’s recent highlights include new hotels in the UK, Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States.
