Wynn Resorts has unveiled new details of its upcoming dining, nightlife, and events venues at Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, as construction of the 305-metre tower approaches full height by the end of this month.

The project, which will be the first integrated resort with gaming facilities in the United Arab Emirates, remains on track for its spring 2027 opening.

Among the latest additions is Coral Court, a 7,700-square-metre events and celebrations centre designed for weddings, galas, and international gatherings. The facility includes a column-free grand ballroom, six meeting rooms, private salons, prayer spaces, and an event lawn overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Its design incorporates natural light and soft tones to provide a neutral setting for large-scale occasions.

Wynn has also detailed its upcoming dining portfolio, which will feature 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars. Highlights include an Alain Ducasse French-American steakhouse and Delilah, the Las Vegas supper club concept created by Wynn and The h.wood Group. The venues are being developed by Wynn Design and Development, led by President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan.

Construction continues to progress across the 60-hectare site. The main tower has reached its 70th floor, with roof deck work now underway. Façade installation is 73 per cent complete, with 19,206 of 26,247 panels already in place. Low-rise structures are also nearing completion, with combined concrete and steel works at 97 per cent. Interior fit-outs, façade cladding, and mechanical and electrical installations are advancing across multiple areas.

Once completed, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,530 rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates. Structural work is complete for 1,526 of those, representing 99.7 per cent of the total, while interior fit-out has begun in 1,504 rooms, or about 98 per cent.

The resort will include 1,217 guest rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and ten Marina Estates. Amenities will feature 12 swimming pools, a 420-metre private beach, a deep-water marina for superyachts, a luxury spa, a beach club, and a retail promenade with international brands.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is nearing topping-out, with finishing works advancing and the project remaining on schedule for its planned spring 2027 opening in Ras Al Khaimah.
