InnoKAT gets Microsoft gold partner status
Enterprise software consultancy InnoKAT has proved its mettle by achieving the elite level of Gold partner on Microsoft's certified channel programme.
"We at InnoKAT are extremely pleased to be one of the leading Gold certified partners to reach multiple Microsoft solutions competencies," proclaimed Mohammed Kateeb, who previously worked as managing director for Microsoft's Middle East operations before spearheading the creation of InnoKAT.
"Microsoft develops partner certification programmes to help customers identify key partners in specific geographies and with specific competencies and give them the stamp of approval. The rigid process of selecting these partners is what makes the Gold certification a very useful tool for our customers because it gives them the comfort that they are working with a competent partner," added Kateeb.
To become a Gold Certified Partner InnoKAT had to demonstrate the collective expertise of its staff with Microsoft-based technologies and its ability to meet customers' needs for enterprise-class hosting solutions that balance performance, reliability, scalability, security and cost of ownership.
Charbel Fakhoury, general manager at Microsoft Gulf, claims that having reached the upper echelons of Microsoft's accreditation standards InnoKAT will receive a rich set of benefits including access to training and support which gives them a competitive edge in the marketplace. "In obtaining this certification, InnoKAT had to pass a stringent set of criteria, proving their skills, versatility and ability to partner with their customers through their entire service lifecycle," said Fakhoury.
