Interserve partnership buys Qatari operation

Oil and gas industrial services company Madina has been bought by Interserve and its Qatari partner Al Darwish United Company.

Oil and gas industrial services company Madina has been bought by Interserve and its Qatari partner Al Darwish United Company. The deal is valued at around US $37 million. Interserve will own a 49% share in the company.

Madina operates in two main fields: engineering fabrication and erection, and training. Its engineering activities focus on the design, fabrication and installation of pressure vessels, pipe work, module construction, as well as offshore equipment.
