Emaar Properties’ Dubai Creek Harbour has launched Sunset residences, a new apartment complex located near Dubai’s Creek Beach.
The community – which includes one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments – includes private gardens and a number of “resort-style” amenities, Emaar said in a statement.
Nearby buildings include Dubai Creek Tower, Creek Marina and Dubai Square, a planned retail community.
The apartments themselves are located in three low to mid-rise buildings connected by a podium that is home to a number of lifestyle amenities, including a pool.
Two of the three structures are designed using contemporary architecture, while a third is designed in a locally-flavoured Arabesque style.
“Residents will have easy access to vibrant boardwalks, a town centre with retail and food and beverage offerings, a gym within a private courtyard, outdoor play areas, lawns, a shared community room and licensed restaurants on the beach,” The Emaar statement noted.
In November, Emaar Properties posted a revenue of $4.7 billion in the first three quarters of 2018, a 30 percent increase over the same period in 2017.
