Investcorp invests $35m in US's CSIdentity

Size of stake in provider of software solutions to prevent theft of online private data not yet known.

Bahrain and London-listed investment house Investcorp has invested $35m in a stake in US-based CSIdentity, it said on Thursday.

Investcorp did not disclose the size of the stake in CSIdentity, a provider of software solutions to prevent theft of online private data.

The investment house said in a statement it made the buy through its private equity arm Investcorp Technology Partners. (Reuters)
