Emcor Facilities Services and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority (DMCCA) has launched a joint venture to service the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) development.
Concordia, the new company, will provide facilities and property management services to the JLT community and the individual towers within the development.
Scott Wilson, managing director, Emcor Facilities Services said: "Concordia will provide single point responsibility for the management and delivery of the master community services within Jumeirah Lakes Towers development, as well as for the provision of facilities management and property management services to the owners and tenants of individual towers."
The facilities management division will provide both sofr and hard FM. For example, the management and maintenance of MEP systems and services, landscaping, waste removal and security.
While the property management side will look after services like: owners association management, common area management, service levy charge calculation and billing and collections.
Wilson said the JLT team will be based on-site.
