Emirates has announced the launch of a new talent acquisition programme under its Emiratisation strategy, Rehlaty for UAE nationals designed to develop talent and boost careers in the Emirates and dnata Group of companies.
Emiratis from numerous academic backgrounds can now join the group’s talent acceleration programme and benefit from professional development.
The Take off Internship Programme which is part of the newly launched initiative will offer selected students from global universities internships for up to 12 months.
The platform will enable students to build connections with those including an Alumni network post internship.
The intern will undertake various assignments across the Emirates Group and receive periodic performance evaluation and feedback sessions.
Several programmes will be offered including the Fly High Graduate Programme, International Bachelor Scholarship Programme and Master Scholarship Programme.
The range of benefits across all programmes will vary including mentorship, management trainees, full academic scholarships, career opportunities, medical insurance and more.
