flydubai has entered into a strategic agreement with LinkedIn to enhance its recruitment efforts and training programmes in the coming years.
The Dubai-based carrier announced it will adopt LinkedIn’s Talent Enterprise Program for Hiring & Learning, a move that supports the airline’s objectives to attract and retain skilled professionals while contributing to Dubai’s aviation hub and the UAE’s aviation industry.
The collaboration provides flydubai access to extensive learning and hiring tools, as well as talent insights, the airline said in a statement on Friday.

“flydubai is committed to investing in the latest technologies and innovative solutions and we are pleased to have partnered up with LinkedIn. This partnership will support our ongoing recruitment drives and training capabilities as we expand the flydubai workforce over the coming years,” Nasser Binkherbash, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at flydubai said.
“Our workforce is integral to realising flydubai’s growth trajectory and the expansion of our inhouse capabilities. The LinkedIn Talent Enterprise Program offers access to a global network and tools to streamline recruitment, reaching candidates across multiple industries.
flydubai staff will gain access to LinkedIn Learning, which provides professional development courses and talent development strategies.
Since beginning operations in 2009, flydubai has grown to employ more than 6,000 people from 140 nationalities.
The airline continues to invest in developing its capabilities and training programmes, including the UAE Cadet Programme, Engineering Apprenticeship and various UAE National Development programmes.
The carrier maintains its commitment to supporting career development for young UAE nationals through work placement and apprenticeship opportunities across departments including inflight operations, engineering, operations and office-based roles.
