UAE jobs: flydubai, LinkedIn sign new major agreement for recruitment boost

flydubai has entered into a strategic agreement with LinkedIn to enhance its recruitment efforts and training programmes in the coming years.

The Dubai-based carrier announced it will adopt LinkedIn’s Talent Enterprise Program for Hiring & Learning, a move that supports the airline’s objectives to attract and retain skilled professionals while contributing to Dubai’s aviation hub and the UAE’s aviation industry.

The collaboration provides flydubai access to extensive learning and hiring tools, as well as talent insights, the airline said in a statement on Friday.

The LinkedIn Talent Enterprise Program offers access to a global network and tools to streamline recruitment, reaching candidates across multiple industries.

Since beginning operations in 2009, flydubai has grown to employ more than 6,000 people from 140 nationalities.

The airline continues to invest in developing its capabilities and training programmes, including the UAE Cadet Programme, Engineering Apprenticeship and various UAE National Development programmes.

The carrier maintains its commitment to supporting career development for young UAE nationals through work placement and apprenticeship opportunities across departments including inflight operations, engineering, operations and office-based roles.
