Home to the DP World Tour Championship unveils AlAndalus, a collection of townhouses and apartments
Jumeirah Golf Estates, home to the DP World Tour Championship, has launched AlAndalus, a new collection of mid-market townhouses, apartments and a community centre.
The plans were revealed as Jumeirah Golf Estates said its profit surged 68 percent in 2014 compared to 2013, closing at AED430 million.
AlAndalus is the latest addition to Jumeirah Golf Estates' growing portfolio of Mediterranean neighbourhoods, with 550 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and 75 two, three and four-bedroom townhouses at prices starting from AED597,000.
Jumeirah Golf Estates also said it is set to unveil a new master plan for phases 2 and 3 of the development, without elaborating further.
Yousuf Kazim, CEO of Jumeirah Golf Estates, said: "Jumeirah Golf Estates has made significant progress in recent years recording an impressive 68 percent increase in profits in 2014.
"Taking note of strong demand for mid-market homes, the launch of AlAndalus creates an even more diverse real estate proposition within Jumeirah Golf Estates, meeting the needs of a sizeable, growing and captive market of buyers."
Tying Alandalus together, a crescent-shaped community centre will feature an indoor and outdoor retail and hospitality area, gardens, and al fresco dining spots.
Jumeirah Golf Estates is located in the centre of new Dubai between Green Community and Dubai Sports City, off the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. For all the latest real estate news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
